Maintenance/Repair

ALLTP is a Certified Motion Provider which means we are able to provide in and out of warranty repairs on Motion L-Series (LE1600 and LS800) tablet PCs. We stock all the necessary parts to guarantee a fast turnaround, whether your repair is covered under warranty or due to accidental damage.

We are currently working to obtain the certifications to repair and maintain tablet PCs from the other manufacturers we represent as well.

Have to thank you for installing the ABG card in my LS800. No one else would even try to service it.  I was told I would have to sell it on eBay and buy another tablet.  It is working fine.  You saved me a lot of time, aggravation and money.  Thanks again.

Allegiance “No Downtime” Warranty

This unique service is appreciated by our clients who use their tablet PCs as their primary computer and absolutely cannot afford the extended downtime that would occur with a warranty or other repair. Available on selected tablet PCs, the Allegiance “No Downtime” Warranty provides a loaner tablet PC when yours requires a repair or service at Motion Computing’s depot or ours.

Upgrades

If you purchased your tablet PC with a certain amount of memory and hard disk space, you might find that your needs have increased and an upgrade is needed. Allegiance Technology can perform this service on a wide variety of tablet PCs at fair prices and with fast turnaround.
