Quality runs from top to bottom in your organization. First of all, there
was your very timely and knowledgable replies to my technical questions. Then,
Jennifer your phone receptionist was completely upbeat, spot on, and helpful.
She had no problem with my request to come by and check out the noise level
of the slates I was considering (the new Motion slates are indeed very quiet).
In so many other organizations this would have been a "problem", and the receptionist would not have been "authorized" to do that. It was the first of many times I was to hear the magic words "no problem" as
I worked with Allegiance.
Laurie was very helpful and knowledgable, providing valuable information and expediting our purchase in a timely way. She provided insight into the software integration you provide for vertical applications. Again, delegation of authority and decision-making ability was apparent in her handling of our order. No sales automatons in your outfit!
Jason not only provided valuable information about case options and pros and cons of various slate models based on field experience, he also noticed a serious flaw in one of the tires of my car in parking lot -- very likely saving us a blow-out on the highway. And Laurie helped us find a local tire store -- are these people cool or what?
Peter set up the Motion LE1600 slate we bought, and had useful things to say
about WiFi security options. And we spoke to your Dad for a bit, a very pleasant
and intelligent man. He must be proud! I heard from the folks in your company
about the flowers you provide for the office and what a joy you are to work for.
No wonder your people are so friendly and "can do".
The best products, great service. The only question I have left is, "When are you going to start giving management seminars?" There
are many companies out there whose managers could learn from the way you do business.

Well, I finally called Pete back last week, and he set me straight - solved
all my problems and mailed some stuff out to me right away. Thanks for being
helpful and backing up your sales of these unique devices with excellent customer
service. I couldn't be happier. I love the bluetooth keyboard, and love leaving
it at the office because the handwriting recognition is so good. Having my
whole computer with me all the time and being more mobile and paperless than

The Motion LE1600 was the first Tablet PC I ever bought. The minute I saw the tablet, I knew it was mine and ordered it right away. My two favorite words are effective & efficient. Not only is the tablet effective and efficient, but the service and the tablet have far exceeded my expectations. I have had it for 4 months now, and my business has doubled while being sick during the time and in the hospital for one week. It afforded me the ability to still work, where time is of the essence and necessary to succeed in my business.

If you're in the unspoken Tablet PC Ownership stage of deciding where to buy
your new toy, Allegiance is the place. From the moment I saw the Motion LE1600,
I knew I wanted it. I emailed John several times with various questions I had.
He responded in a timely manner to give me the insight I needed. In fact, it
was his customer support and the words of other 'Buzz' members that made it an
easy decision to go through Allegiance. His reputation was a big factor in going
with the Motion as well.

I'd never seen a tablet PC before much less used one so it was a bit of a shot
in the dark for me. But it has exceeded expectations. It was fun to figure the

sticking with the 256 MB RAM seems to be enough, for now at least.
